Empowering Young Women through Skills & Confidence
137 young women in Jharkhand were felicitated on October 12, 2025, at the State Yoga Centre, Ranchi, after successfully completing the Retail Sector LMS Training Program under the Skill Job Executive Initiative.
Implemented by The Art of Living Social Projects in collaboration with RASCI and IRL, the program has trained 1,000+ candidates across Jharkhand, building career readiness, communication skills, and financial independence.
Many graduates have already secured roles with leading employers like Bata, Starbucks, and Ayudha Calling Center, marking a major step forward in women’s empowerment and livelihood development.
